What is your Return Policy?

Please check the items purchased immediately upon delivery. If you wish to return or exchange the purchase, you must contact Skoonsuster via email within 5 days of the delivery date, otherwise we will not accept responsibility for any defective, wrong or missing merchandise.

Can I exchange an item?

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. 😊 If for whatever reason you need the exchange an item, you are welcome to do so as long as it meets our Exchange and Return Policy. You can read about it here.

Can I amend my order?

If for whatever reason you need to amend your order, please ensure you do so within 24-hours of purchase, or before your parcel is shipped. Please contact us at hello@skoonsuster.com for any amendments.

What payment method/s do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments via our website’s PayFast function. We also accept EFT payments.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

We endeavour to help you on your healthy living journey. So, if a product is sold out, and there is a demand for it, then we will consider restocking it. Please let us know if a product you want is out of stock by filling in our online contact form.

How do I contact customer service?

How do you ship my parcel?

We make use of The Courier Guy. Their delivery times are usually on weekdays from 8am and 5pm. Our sales team will send you an email with your parcel’s tracking number and further details once you have placed an order.
